ATRI is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit research organization headquartered in Washington, D.C., with offices in Atlanta, Minneapolis, and Sacramento.
The American Transportation Research Institute (ATRI) has been engaged in critical transportation studies and operational tests since 1954. ATRI is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit research organization headquartered in Washington, D.C., with offices in Atlanta, Minneapolis, and Sacramento.
ATRI’s primary mission is to conduct transportation research, with an emphasis on the trucking industry’s essential role in a safe, efficient and viable transportation system. ATRI’s research focus areas include: Congestion and Mobility; Economic Analysis; Safety and Security; Technology and Operations; Environment; and Transportation Infrastructure.
ATRI’s extensive experience covers a broad range of commercial vehicle operations including leadership and/or participation in numerous national freight analyses, technology research initiatives and field operational tests.
ATRI presently manages the U.S. DOT’s Freight Mobility Program, and has provided freight mobility and performance measures technical assistance to 31 state DOTs and 11 of the 15 largest MPOs in the U.S. ATRI has received top research awards from ITS America, TIDA, University of Minnesota and the Institute of Transportation Engineers.

Arlington Sister City Association (ASCA) is a nonprofit organization affiliated with Arlington County, Virginia. Established in 1993, ASCA supports and coordinates the activities of Arlington County’s five Sister Cities: Aachen, Germany; Coyoacán, Mexico; Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine. Reims, France; San Miguel, El Salvador.
ASCA works to enhance and promote the region’s international profile and foster productive exchanges in education, commerce, culture and the arts through a series of activities.

The International Mailers Advisory Group’s core mission is to address barriers to the efficient flow of information and goods across borders for companies utilizing postal services.
IMAG was founded in 1997 and, since then, has become the premier representative of the U.S. international mailing sector. IMAG represents a diverse community of marketers, vendors and international mailing organizations.
the CEP Group traces its affiliation to the International Mailers Advisory Group through IMAG’s predecessor, the International Mail Advisory Council, IMAC, launched on May 24, 1988. The International Mail Advisory Council was an industry group dedicated to the advancement of cross border communications, transactions, and eCommerce through the US Postal Service. IMAC was sponsored by Thomas Leavey, the APMG of International Business. John Manzolillo, Manager International Sales and Marketing, WORLDPOST, was one of the USPS’s founding members.

NACFE, The North American Council for Freight Efficiency, works to drive the development and adoption of efficiency enhancing, environmentally beneficial, and cost-effective technologies, services and methodologies in the North American freight industry.
An unbiased and fuel agnostic organization, NACFE communicates the benefits, challenges and the payback of investing in various fuel-efficiency options summarizing the confidence fleets should have in adoption. NACFE is an effort for fleets, manufacturers, vehicle builders and other government and nongovernmental organizations to come together to improve North American goods movement.
